The Phase 1 proposal is available on the city's web site.<br /><br />Originally, this was announced as to be taken up at the meeting on the 19th, but evidently someone decided that the proposal was not worth taking up and there isn't even an "accept and file" item (although there is an item on the consent calendar that was 'removed prior to posting').<br /><br />However, I'm sure that there will be plenty of "public comment," the council just can't take ANY action at Monday's meeting.John Cliffordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02875675135859666829noreply@blogger.com
