Time To Choke Your Chicken?
After years of sweeping the issue under the rug and hoping no one would notice, the FDA has now finally admitted that chicken meat sold in the USA contains arsenic, a cancer-causing toxic chemical that’s fatal in high doses.
But the real story is where this arsenic comes from: It’s added to the chicken feed on purpose!

Are You SYRIA?
An interesting take on the soon to be Syrian mess. Watch if you want to see something that makes sense, or more sense I should say. At least WAY more than corporate biased bullcrap that we're force fed.

Smudgepot 2013 Tonight @Citrus College!
Oh yeah Baby! It's here... the biggest rivalry in the Valley TONIGHT! Tickets are $10 and will be sold at Citrus College gates. San Dimas High has plenty of tickets available and Bonita High has sold out as of this morning.
It's time for Bonita to take back the Smudge Pot after last year's heartbreaking loss at the last minute. This is going to be one helluva game.
As a Bonita parent, I wish well to all the BEARCATS and especially to these absolute beasts:
Dimas Diaz, Christian McQueen, Noah Montoya, Thomas Loy, Jacob Karim and Christian Ramos.
see you at the game! GO BEARCATS!

100 Days?
Wow, this is the longest hiatus I've taken away from the blog. I am still here (for all 2 of you). It's been a long and hectic summer, the busiest so far! So many things have happened around town that I just can't cram it all into this post. I was happy for Freddie Rodriguez securing his run for Assembly coming up in September. I've been messing in local politics lately too...
I was at this year Claremont's 4th of July parade, my daughter marched with the El Roble Cheerleaders. It was so much fun! Here's the Claremont City Council all in one:
I've managed to go to quite a few Dodger games this year (lucky me) and they are having an amazing year! Where are all the overnight Angel fans from 2000 and so on? (Crickets). Here' a pic of Gonzalez at bat (This was versus the Reds):
Downtown Pomona has had quite a few events this summer. I took a few of the guys from Bonita High School's football team to the Fist of Gold outdoor boxing. 11 fights total, all were great! Also, this year's D.P.O.A.'s anniversary party was so much fun. It was in the style of the 1920's at the historic Fox theater. Here's a pic of the flapper dancers:
Also, managed to hike the Marshall Canyon in La Verne earlier this summer. Can you spot the deer?:
Anyways, just wanted to pop my head in and say hi to my fellow bloggers

Downtown Pomona Trolley Debut!
Debuting this ArtWalk Saturday (May 11, 2013) in Downtown Pomona is the new Trolley! I have to give a big mention and thank you to the Great D.P.O.A. for this deal! If it wasn't for them, the Downtown Pomona we know now would not exist (and the great people from before, our beloved Artists too). Now you can visit the galleries that are a little further on the new trolley, such as the Pomona Packing House. The trolley will be running from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. The trolley will have 11 stops at various locations throughout Downtown. A complete tour will take approximately 30 minutes. And best of all, IT'S FREE... I cannot wait for this weekend!

Bicyclist Hit On Holt
As I was driving back from my diagonal trek to the supermarket across Pomona, someone was literally just hit on Holt Ave. How? I have no clue, it's a bright sunny day. Unless you're texting or chatting with someone in the car and not looking. Hope the guy is okay, but he was laying still on the road and people were standing around him. This happened about 20 minutes ago.

Boston Black Ops & More
Oh yeah... conspiracy corner time. I do believe there is some inside stuff going on with the terrible Boston Marathon explosion. But do enjoy these interesting tidbits to enhance your opinion other than corporate television & media views.
You decide.

Rushingwind Project Tonight!
Very last minute post but if you got some time and need to get out a couple of hours this evening, then head over to Dale Brothers Brewery in Upland. It's only from 5pm-8pm, but come check out the smooth native jazz and blues Rushingwind Project and sip on a locally made craft brew for a few.

February Who?
Good day all 2 of you out there! Looks like I took my Bday month completely off from blogging this year. So many things going on this month it's been crazy. I've been meaning to post so many things, but that's as far as I got. I guess bloggers are not supposed to have a life, but I guess I do.
Another thing is my desktop's hard drive took a dive and I lost alot of data. Yes, I have laptops as well, but I dislike blogging from them, I prefer my desk throne. In the midst of that ol' crumbling dinosaur machine, I've just purchased a new desktop and am beginning to set it up. I am in the process of getting the latest Photoshop and other utilities. Anywas, I'll try and post a bit more, this month, as I did get a few pics of things around town...

Sandy Hook Shooting - Fully Exposed
Please. Watch This. I remember when I saw this as it happened on TV. When my wife came home later that evening, I told her that something isn't right. There was a channel that mentioned other shooters and a shooter, and kids saying they saw guys running etc. I told her it may be another '911' for whatever purpose the powers that be want or to take or weaken another one of our rights. I dunno, it's too crazy to speak about it. The guy who put this together did a decent job, there is still ALOT more info out there. If it's too small to view, you can view it directly on YouTube.
View it and decide for yourself.
