I can almost remember a few years back, the Mayor of Los Angeles holding a shovel in the news saying something about filling the 'millionth pothole' in Los Angeles. Does anyone else remember this?
Regardless, either Los Angeles eats through it's road constantly, or there was a crummy job done to fix them.
